Our original clinic location based within The Dental Health Practice on West End High Street.  Our spacious, modern treatment room here has been open for nearly a decade!  Nick started here in 2016 as “NGW Chiropractic” while his father and legendary dentist Dr Peter Watt was in charge of the practice.  

Our West End clinic currently only offers Chiropractic services with Nick, Jocelyn & Ellie sharing the room between them. However, from June 2026 we are delighted to be moving into Hybrid Fitness Gym (formerly InExcess) and taking not one, but two treatment rooms to add Physiotherapy & Sports Massage services from West End, Southampton, Hampshire.

At present, our treatment suite is located up a set of stairs, but we are delighted to announce that our new treatment rooms from June 2026 will be based on ground level for easier access for very acutely injured patients, post-surgical lower limb rehab lotion, disabled and/or patients with walking aids, all from a safe, downstairs, easily accessible environment.

All appointments booked prior to June 2026 will be at the Dental Health Practice on West End High Street.

We’re so excited for you to see our new treatment space. It has free parking for 90 minutes in Asda car park at the rear of the building, it’s own private waiting area, a coffee shop and state-of-the-art rehab and exercise equipment at our disposal to optimise exercise prescription and supervised Physiotherapy sessions.
