Chiropractic Consultation
New patients are always welcome. Your initial consultation will comprise of a full assessment and first stage of treatment with Dr Nicholas Watt.
Chiropractic Treatment
After your new patient session, a course of treatment may be recommended by Dr Nicholas Watt. This will be tailored to your individual needs.
Spinal Check-Up
A spinal check-up from Watt Health is a complimentary service we offer to new and existing patients.
Physiotherapy Consultation
1 hour initial consultation and first stage of treatment and/or exercise therapy with Stephanie Watt.
Physiotherapy Treatment
Follow-up treatment session with Stephanie Watt - usually 30 minutes.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Sport-specific injury prevention & management. 45 Minutes - mostly exercise and rehabilitation of injuries with Stephanie Watt.
Sports Massage Consultation
Sports Massage Initial Consultation with Stephanie Watt. 1 hour including examination and treatment.
Sports Massage Treatment
60, 45 or 30 minute Sports or Deep-Tissue Massage treatments with Stephanie Watt.
IASTM or Cupping Therapy
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation. Blunt blades or suction cups help break down muscle adhesions, improve blood flow thereby reducing pain and tension. Administered by Stephanie or Nicholas Watt.
Clinical Pilates
One-to-one Pilates sessions in our spacious clinic room with Stephanie Watt.
Medical Acupuncture
Trigger point & muscle release via sterile Medical Acupuncture needles. Medical Acupuncture administered by Stephanie Watt. Dry-Needling administered by Nicholas Watt.
Shockwave Therapy
Very effective for tendon and muscle injuries. Plantar Fasciitis, tennis/golfers elbow, all tendinopathies. muscle knots, calcific tendinopathies, achilles injuries. Administered by Dr Nicholas Watt.
