Gift Voucher Delivery – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and delivery of gift vouchers. By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. E-Copy Gift Vouchers
All e-copy gift vouchers are delivered digitally.
A unique voucher code will be sent via email to the purchaser (or designated recipient) immediately at the time of purchase.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct.
The seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect email details or issues with the recipient’s email provider (e.g., spam filtering).
3. Hard Copy Gift Vouchers
At checkout, you may select the option for a physical (hard copy) gift voucher to be sent to a UK address of your choice.
Hard copy vouchers are printed and dispatched via standard postal services.
Physical delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
Postage and packaging fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only; delays caused by postal services are outside our control.
For delivery of hard copies, if needed in time for Christmas please order at least 7 working days prior to Christmas Day to guarantee delivery. Watt Health are not responsible for late ordering and postal service not delivering on time.
4. Lost or Delayed Vouchers
If your e-copy voucher has not been received within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Hard copy vouchers lost or delayed in transit may be reissued at the discretion of the seller.
Replacement vouchers will void the original voucher code.
5. Voucher Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher or at checkout.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
Voucher codes must be presented at the time of booking or redemption.
