SMALL GROUP FORMAT FOR PERSONALISED

Each Back Care Class runs as a 1-hour session with a maximum of just six participants, ensuring optimal instructor time and individual attention.
Sessions take place in our small, purpose-built studio with free on-site parking, creating a calm, accessible space focused on quality movement and learning rather than overcrowded group exercise
