Emma graduated with First Class Honours from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2023 and has since been practicing in the Southampton area. She has worked with a wide variety of patients, helping with everything from everyday niggles to more persistent problems.

Her approach combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise and simple, practical advice. She enjoys helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and giving them the confidence to move well day to day—not just aiming for short-term relief, but lasting results.

During her training, Emma played for and assisted the university badminton team, providing pitch-side support and injury care. She also holds a qualification in medical acupuncture and continues to expand her skills through ongoing learning and courses.

Outside of the clinic, Emma loves keeping active through badminton, yoga, and long walks. She also enjoys going to concerts and spending time exploring new places with friends and family.

Emma is passionate that everyone can reach their goals, whether that’s returning to sport, staying active at work, or simply enjoying everyday life with fewer restrictions.
