Tyler Haward BSc (Hons) graduated from solent University with an upper second class honours in Sport & Exercise Therapy in June 2022. During his degree, Tyler acquired a wealth of knowledge in human anatomy, physiology, injury prevention and management, return to sport/activity protocols and a concurrent Level 4 Sports Massage Diploma.

 

Having spent two years working with Totton Rugby Club and England Women’s Beach Soccer as well as a spell with Portsmouth FC Woman’s team, Tyler has experience beyond his years working with elite athletes as well as sports injuries within general populations.

 

Tyler has a passion towards sports injury assessment and treatment, sports massage therapy, Kinesio-taping, sports taping as well as soft tissue recovery of the extremities, especially performance recovery and optimisation of both elite and amateur athletes. Tyler feels his ultimate strengths lie in ankle and knee injuries due to the volume of extra-curricular courses he has attended in these areas, as well as his relative wealth of experience in these injuries through his exposure in elite sport.

 

In his spare time, Tyler loves to travel, being at the beach & swimming. 

He has an undying passion towards the whole of the sporting world, reflected in his career path and the fact he throughly enjoys watching, working and partaking in it.
