I was experiencing painful swollen knees when running with 8 weeks to go before I ran a half marathon. I visited Steph for advice. After a thorough history and physical exam Steph diagnosed quads tendinopathy. Steph filmed my exercises for me to ensure correct technique which I found very useful. I completed my run pain free and continue to do so. Steph is all about getting you back to your sport. She is both friendly and professional.
