Meet Rowan Milner BSc MSc, a dedicated HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist, Sports Therapist & Sports Masseur. Graduating from Southampton Solent University with an Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy in 2023 and most recently achieving his Masters in Physiotherapy from Chichester in 2025 . With a strong background in helping individuals achieve their best, Rowan serves as a Personal Trainer at a Retirement Village, assisting the older generation in maintaining their fitness and mobility. Additionally, he contributes to the peak performance of professional footballers at Yeovil FC as a bank Sports Therapist.

Rowan’s extensive clientele spans elite GB athletes, seniors, office professionals, students, and paediatric. He possesses an unwavering passion for human anatomy, health, and recovery, committed to facilitating individuals’ return to an improved state of well-being.

Continuously advancing his expertise, Rowan stays abreast of the latest research and techniques through ongoing professional development courses. His dedication to growth has been further engrained by achieving his Masters with distinction in Physiotherapy, and regularly attending courses to expand his already enviable knowledge base and skillset.
