Michael is a HCPC Registered, Chartered Physiotherapist with experience working across private practice, NHS, and sports environments. He graduated in 2025 from Oxford Brookes University and gained experience with Oxford Quins Rugby Club and Flint House Police Rehabilitation Centre throughout his studies. Michael now divides his time between private practices, providing rehabilitation to a wide range of clients.

With a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation, Michael has built on his degree training with additional qualifications, including a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and a Level 2 Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS). These skills allow him to deliver both hands-on therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation, helping individuals recover from injury and return to the activities they love.

Michael is passionate about restoring function and confidence, and he enjoys supporting people to achieve their goals — whether that’s returning to sport, work, or simply living pain-free and active.

Outside of physiotherapy, Michael loves playing sports himself, including football, golf, cricket and more. On top of that, he supports Middlesbrough FC despite the ups and downs (mostly downs). A fun fact is that he is half Guyanese, though ethnically his family roots trace back to Portugal.
