Hannah is a HCPC Registered, Chartered Physiotherapist with experience working within an NHS and elite sport environment.

 

After a successful career in professional sailing, representing Great Britain for over ten years, Hannah has not only clinical, but first hand personal experience of returning to sport and activity post injury. 

 

With a passion for helping individuals return to the things they love doing, Hannah uses a range of skills from hands-on techniques to exercise rehabilitation to get you back to doing the things you enjoy most – no matter whether that is returning to International competition or just wanting to be pain free and active!

 

With a particular interest in sporting injuries, Hannah continues to learn and develop her knowledge as a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine as well as working with an Academy football team with the goal of taking knowledge learnt in an elite sporting environment and sharing information with the general population.

 

Outside of Physiotherapy, Hannah loves to be active – enjoying all watersports, skiing, cycling and strength training.
