Dr Nicholas Watt DC BSc MSc LRCC PGCert (Nick), is the principal Chiropractor, MSK Sonographer & Co-Founder at Watt Health after three successful years of being head Chiropractor in a very established and busy private clinic in Sandbanks. Nick is a member of the General Chiropractic Council (GCC Reg. 04343), British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and is a licentiate of the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC).

Nick has a passion and particular interest in spinal biomechanics and human anatomy reflected by his first class honours Bachelor of Science degree in human sciences (Chiropractic) and a Masters degree in Chiropractic from AECCUC Bournemouth in 2016.

Nick is continuously expanding his practice and skill set by keeping up with the latest research and techniques via regular continuing professional development courses such as Shockwave therapy, dry needling, k-taping, gait analysis and more. Nick has recently completed a Post-graduate certificate in Medical Ultrasound to offer medical imaging services including ultrasound scans from Watt Health Sarisbury Green from July 2024.

Operating from both of our Southampton-based clinics, Sarisbury Green & West End, Nick is renowned for his meticulous approach to orthopaedic and neurological examination, which ensures a stone is not left unturned, resulting in an accurate and thorough diagnosis with a management plan tailored to your individual needs.

In his own time, Nick enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his wife Stephanie and his two young son’s, Rupert & Roscoe.
