We handle all the admin, billing, and approvals so you don’t have to. Just bring your membership number and authorisation code, and we’ll take care of the rest.

DO I NEED A GP REFERRAL?

Some insurance companies require a referral before authorising treatment. Check with your provider or contact us – we can help guide you through it.

I HAVE AN AUTHORISATION CODE FOR TREATMENT. HOW DO I BOOK IN?

Simply call 01489 539900 or email us INFO@WATTHEALTH.CO.UK with your insurance details, and we’ll arrange your first appointment. Be sure to have your membership/policy number, authorisation code, contact details, and excess details ready.

IS THERE ANY UPFRONT COST?

Most of the time, no. We bill the insurer directly. If there’s any excess or contribution required, we’ll let you know in advance.

I MAY NEED MORE TREATMENT THAN MY INITIAL REFERRAL HAS ALLOWED, CAN THIS BE SORTED?

Absolutely. If you run out of sessions or want additional care beyond your insurance coverage, we can arrange this seamlessly. Most insurers will release more session upon requests from our clinicians via a report of progress.
