Come join our FREE running club every Saturday from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, guided by chiropractor Dr Antonis Zezou D.C & Chiropractor-to-be Caitlin Henderson!
This club is open to all abilities, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner. Our friendly chiropractor will be on-site to provide tips on proper running form, injury prevention, and post-run care
