Our esteemed yoga instructor runs small, high-quality yoga classes for any ages, gender or levels, adapting the classes for beginners and challenging those at an advanced level. 
Our classes follow a hatha flow; a calming, breath-led practice that blends gentle movement with mindful stillness. This class guides you through grounding postures, standing sequences, balance work, seated stretches, and restorative poses, with a focus on alignment and steady breathing. Moving at a slower pace than Vinyasa, it allows time to settle into each posture, improving strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. Each session closes with deep relaxation, leaving you refreshed, centred, and restored.
All of the above takes place in our brand new purpose-built studio in our Sarisbury Green Clinic.

Evening Hatha Flow classes offer the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The slower, mindful pace helps release tension from the body, ease stiffness from long hours of work, and calm a restless mind.
